you’re building.
Let’s make the
next step clear.

A missing instruction. A difficult handoff. A build that depends on one person’s memory. Tell me where you need help.

01 / start a conversation

Put a time on the calendar.
Or send a few details.

The easiest place to start is a 15-minute intro call. Prefer email? Use the details below.

Book an intro call

Prefer to write it down?

Opens your email app with these details filled in. You review and send the message there. You can also email Jarred directly above.

02 / what happens next

A conversation.
A scope. A clear next step.

01 / talk it through

Show me the bottleneck.

We start with the process, the people using it, and what you need the finished document to do.

02 / agree on the job

Scope first. Price second.

You receive a fixed-price quote with deliverables, required inputs, timing and included revisions.

03 / put it to work

Review it with your team.

We check the draft against your process, address the agreed revisions and hand over the finished files.

03 / before you write

A few useful answers.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

A short description of the process, who uses it, and what is causing trouble. Existing instructions or example documents can help, but aren’t needed for an introduction.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. One process or one defined document is a practical starting point. We agree on the deliverable before work begins.

How does pricing work?

After the scope is clear, you receive a fixed-price quote. It specifies the deliverables, required customer inputs, timing and included revisions.

Can the work be done remotely?

Many documentation projects can be completed from existing material and remote walkthroughs. If observation on site is needed, we discuss that during scoping.

Let’s talk about
what’s slowing the build.
