My technical foundation comes from Navy aviation maintenance. My manufacturing background includes mechanical and electrical assembly, component inspection, wire harness assembly, firmware configuration, troubleshooting, documentation and training.
That experience shapes the questions I ask: Which revision applies? What tools and parts are needed? Where can a step be misunderstood? What does the operator check before moving on? A good instruction answers those questions at the point of use.
